Thai coconut iced tea

The lightweight combination of flavors of jasmine and coconut makes an explosive and refreshing mix for our summer afternoon tea evenings.

Thai coconut iced tea


  • 2 bags of jasmine tea
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 1 cup of light coconut milk
  • 2 packets no-calorie sweetener or 2 tablespoons sucralose-based sugar substitute, divided


Brew 2 cups jasmine tea with boiling water according to package directions; cool to room temperature.

Pour 1/2 cup coconut milk into each glass. Stir 1 packet of sweetener into each glass. Add ice; carefully pour half of tea into each glass. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
