Sweet and healthy snack with frozen yogurt

Sweet and healthy snack with frozen yogurt

This super easy snack of frozen yogurt crust is the perfect snack for kids. So much, that they will even love to help make it.
My kids loved making this recipe for frozen yogurt. No added sugar, so simple and fun to eat.

I thought it would be a perfect snack for after school, but my children love it for dessert after dinner. We're not the kind of family that eats dessert every night, but the frozen yogurt changed everything.

Now when they ask for a dessert I let them take some pieces of the freezer and I do not feel guilty about it. Here I leave the variety of fruits, but there are plenty of delicious combinations.

Ingredients
A cup of vanilla yogurt.
1/4 cup of fresh raspberries
1/4 cup of fresh blueberries.
2 tablespoons freshly cut mango in cubes.
Wax paper.
Tray to take to the freezer.
To make the Yogurt
On top of the tray place a piece of waxed paper. On paper spread an even layer of yogurt.
Place the raspberries, blueberries and mango cubes over the yogurt. Distribute them on the surface.
Take the tray to the freezer for about four hours and then divide it into pieces with a knife.
Enjoy!
Practical tips
Make sure not to spread the yogurt too much or the crust will be very thin, it will thaw very quickly and make it more difficult to eat.
Freeze at least 4 hours before cutting or breaking it into pieces, then you can store it in a bag inside the freezer.
You can try adding anything, including pieces of fast chocolate sponge cake.
