1 egg.
65gr sugar glass.
10g cocoa.
200gr white chocolate.
200gr cream to mount.
2 sheets of gelatin.

Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa and salt. Reservation. Knead the butter, add the egg and continue kneading. Add the first mix.

Slowly add the chocolate cream. Take the child to the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
