That's why I present this rich and refreshing option, as is the case with this delicious mango, oatmeal and chia pudding. You can eat it alone or combined with any of these banana-based vegan recipes.

Ingredients
1 Cup of oat flakes.
2 cups of water.
2 teaspoons of chia
1 Tablespoon flaxseed
Mango, or any other fruit that you like.
Honey, it's optional.
Preparation
Take a glass or plastic jar, and place the oatmeal in flakes, chia and linseed soak in the 2 cups of water. Mix the ingredients very well. If you want to give it more flavor and consistency, you can substitute 2 cups of water for milk or add a little yogurt.
If you wish, you can add sweetener. Cover the bottle and take it to refrigerate overnight.
In the next morning, the pudding will be ready. Just add the mango or fruit you want; do not limit yourself to just one flavor, add all the fruits that it provokes, and if you feel like it, you can add a little honey on top.
And your mango, oatmeal and chia pudding will be ready, which is refreshing and delicious at any time.
You can also serve it in individual portions, using jars of jam. This way you can take your rich and healthy snack wherever you like.
