Recipe of infused detox water based on fruits

Recipe of infused detox water based on fruits

This refreshing combination of cucumber, lime, strawberries and mint leaves provides nutritional benefits while helping you hydrate
Hydration is vital for overall health. We all agree with that. But what nobody agrees on is how much water should be drunk. Some say the number is between 6 and 10 glasses of water per day.

However, drinking an average of 8 glasses of water a day can be a challenge for some. But everything would improve with a little color and flavor, right?

The infused waters are full of vitamins and minerals that are extracted from the fruits and vegetables they contain. In this way you will benefit from both the delicious taste and its nutritional value.

Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits to infuse. They give ordinary water a refreshing flavor. But if they are not fresh in season, it does not matter! The frozen strawberries will serve perfectly.

Ingredients
6 cups of water
2 cups of ice
½ cup of strawberries, rinsed and sliced
1 small cucumber, washed and cut into slices
2 large lemons, washed and cut into slices
8 mint leaves
Indications
Place the ice, strawberries, cucumbers, lime and mint in a large jar.
Fill the container with water and shake a little.
Add a little more fruit and mint to decorate. Ready!
Another alternative for those hot days is this cold infusion of tea with mint. Not only is it delicious, but it will help in your daily hydration.
