Recipe of crunchy mini pizzas with wheat tortillas

Preparing the dough is the biggest delay in making pizza. But with these crunchy mini pizzas you will only need 4 ingredients and 10 minutes to make them ready.
I am completely convinced that every food in this world can be improved simply by reducing its size. And these mini pizzas with tortilla dough are definitely no exception.

All you need to prepare these great mini pizzas are 4 ingredients, plus a little parsley if you feel like it. Bake until they are golden and crispy, and you will have an irresistible delight for parties, lunches and fun snacks.

You will need to
8 wheat flour tortillas
1 cup of pizza or pasta sauce
1 and a half of grated mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup of mini pepperoni in pieces (optional)
1 spoonful of chopped fresh parsley or basil (optional).
Baking molds cupcakes.
Indications
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Lightly grease the cupcake mold.
Using a cookie cutter, cut out circles of the tortillas, about the size of the baking dish. Place each circle in each of the molds.
Add a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each tortilla circle. Sprinkle with cheese on top, and then distribute the pieces of pepperoni, or the extra ingredients you want.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil. Let the pizzas cool down a bit before bringing them to a serving dish.
Enjoy!
Makes 16 to 24 mini pizzas, depending on the size of the tortillas. I think we could easily add them to these 3 healthy, healthy snacks for kids.
