Enliven your snacks with these delicious chocolate sticks, which have nothing to envy to the goodies that are sold in the supermarket.
If you want to spoil your little ones or have a small meeting at home, these delicious homemade chocolate sticks will be the sensation. Prepare them with confidence and I assure you that there will not be a single stick in your tray.

To get about 40 chocolate sticks you need:

Ingredients of the sticks
50 gr. Butter without salt, very cold.
120 gr. Wheat flour.
2 Tablespoons of corn starch (cornstarch).
1 Tablespoon vanilla essence.
¼ Cup of sugar.
1 pinch of salt.
200 gr. Common or bitter chocolate (For the cover).
Preparation
Take a bowl and add all the ingredients that correspond to the dough. Start mixing with your hands; the heat of your hands will help to melt the butter so you can mix all the ingredients.
If necessary, add a little water, and continue kneading until the mixture is not stuck in your hands.
Form the sticks with the dough, which should have the thickness of a pencil, and a length of about 6 cm.
Take a flat tray, and cover with butter paper. Place your dough sticks in this tray and take them to the pre-heated oven at 200º C.
Due to the size of the sticks, you should check the oven every 3 minutes. Open the oven with confidence, as your sticks will not be damaged when doing so.
When the sticks are golden at the base, it is time to remove from the oven and let cool.
Finally, bathe in melted chocolate and refrigerate. They will be ready to enjoy. We recommend you combine these sticks with this delicious Te Masala Chai.
