120gr Honey.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
110gr Nuts (nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, those you prefer, but they must be natural or toasted).
30gr Grated dried coconut.
30gr Cocoa powder.
150gr Black chocolate chips.
A pinch of salt.
Preparation
To prepare the granola, first pre-heat the oven.
Apart melt the coconut oil, mix it with honey and vanilla, and then reserve.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, the cut nuts and the grated coconut. Slowly add the above mixture, and stir with a silicone spatula or wooden spoon.
Once mixed, add the cocoa powder and salt. Continue mixing.
You can add the chocolate chips at this time, or after spreading the mixture on a tray. There is no need to grease the tray before placing the mixture.
